The two-component Schwanheimer Resin Kitt und Schwanheimer Hardener Kitt on epoxy-resin-base result in a firm extensive ageing resisting mould material with a good stability of shape. The coefficient of expansion is similar to copper and steel.
Bonds, fills, seals simultaneous (even under water). Ideal adhesion on metal, steel, copper, brass, cast iron, aluminium, ceramics, stone, concrete, wood, glass, rubber and on the most commercial synthetics. The material can be combined as well.
Fixing, connecting, filling, mending, repairing, modelling, forming, repairing of broken screw-, nut- and bolt treads, leaks, seals, and joints. After hardening the Industrial Kitt can be worked out mechanically like drilling, sanding, cutting, make new treads and painting. Easy handling, unbelievable strength, optical, clean filling and bonding of the different materials.
Temperature resistant from -35°C to +200°C and it is in general chemical resistant.
Our Industrial Kitt is available in the sizes: 80g. Other sizes on request.
