Our Industrial Adhesives are solvent free on ethyl ester or methyl ester based cold hardening one-component CA adhesives, which more or less quickly harden by the way of pressure and polymerise under air humidity. The surface of the materials should be clean. At already previously bonded parts the old adhesive should be removed totally with our Universal Solvent and Cleaner. The adhesive should be applied thinly only on one side. Without pressure a displacement and correction is possible for a short time. By the way of pressure the hardening process is started. The hardening process starts with pressure without high temperature, etc.

Our Schwanheimer Industrial Adhesive with a particular quality connects almost all materials with and under each other, as: metal, nature- and synthetic rubber, ceramic, glass, leather as well as almost every commercial synthetic materials.

Their outstanding characteristics are: Easy handling, quick hardening, unbelievable strength, immediately ready for further processing, optically and clean connection.

Storage: Keep vertically at a dark and cool (refrigerator) place. On adhesive products, which are stored correct we give a one year quality assurance.
 
Our Schwanheimer Industrial Adhesives are available in different viscosities and sizes: 4g, 10g, 20g, 50g, 0,5kg and 1kg. Other sizes are on request.
